Rich is a very patient, very organized instructor. He has designed a comprehensive plan to get pupils through the basics and on to test standard efficiently, but without rushing through anything and he’s quick to identify any weak areas for his pupils to work on. He provides an array of extra material, allowing pupils to study new manoeuvres or road situations before each lesson and thus allowing for the maximum amount of time to be spent actually driving during lessons. Rich is very punctual, often arriving for lessons a few minutes early, he keeps a detailed calendar to ensure pupils can have a stable learning experience but is also flexible if issues arise and can often rearrange lessons at short notice. I found his course to be far less stressful than I was expecting, enjoyable once I’d reached test standard and was waiting for my test.
